Frances R. Szczesiul, age 90, of Marysville, formerly of New Baltimore and Lexington, passed away August 15, 2020. She was born in Detroit on September 29, 1929 to the late Richard and Rose Dely. She married Albin Szczesiul on February 21, 1950 at St. Matthew’s Catholic Church in Detroit. He preceded her in death on February 7, 1998. She was an avid gardener and quilter along with many other interests. She is survived by her children; Matthew (Susan) Szczesiul, Cynthia (Terry) Bronowski, Richard (Bonnie) Szczesiul, Alice (Ron) Kostun, Anthony (Heidi) Szczesiul and Gordon (Denise) Szczesiul. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 37 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great grandchildren, along with many nieces, nephews and friends. Cremation arrangements have been entrusted to Young Funeral Home, China Twp. Private inurnment will take place at Mount Hope Cemetery, Port Huron at a later date.
