Ann’s Obituary Ann Hall Middleton, 85, of Rio Vista passed away Saturday, August 8, 2020, at the Greg and Noreen Wells Hospice Center in Hazard. Born December 27, 1934 in Lenarue to the late G.W. “Wash” Hall and Cecile Priddy Hall, Ann was a self-employed hairstylist. She was a member of the Harlan Christian Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Carl Middleton; a daughter, Cheryl Ann Middleton; a sister, Elaine Hall; and a brother, Morris Hall. Survivors include her sister, Loretta Hope McCreary, Lexington; several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews; and a host of other family and friends. As per Ann’s wishes, there will be no services. She will be laid to rest with her family at the Resthaven Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations are suggested to the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital 501 St. Jude Place Memphis, TN 38105 or to the Relay for Life of Harlan County.
