Obituary Thomas McDowell was born on July 2nd, 1948 in Bremen, Germany to Lee and Sieglinde. Thomas graduated from Gladstone High School from Azusa, California. After high school, Thomas graduated from Clackamas Community College. Thomas married Patricia McDowell on October 20th, 1972 in Vancouver, Washington and together they had Michelle and Michael. Thomas served in the Navy USNR-R and them worked for the Clackamas County Parks Department. He was a member of AA, Lions Club, Waldport Community Bible Mens Bible Study. He enjoyed fishing and camping. On May 29th, 2020 Thomas passed away at the age of 71 years old. He is survived by his wife Patricia McDowell, and two brothers Doug and Bob McDowell. He is also survived by his daughter Michelle and her husband Mike, as well as his son Michael and his wife Julie. Thomas is survived by his three grandchildren Zachariah, Isaiah and Luke.
