Obituary Patricia Boone passed away peacefully at home on the morning of Saturday, June 13. She is survived by her daughters Nina Boone and Wannipa Davenport, her grandchildren Rex Anthony Boonyobhas, Pradipan (Louis) Boonyobhas, Nithiwadi (May) Boonyobhas, and Julie Anne Davenport. Patricia always made everyone around her feel comfortable, happy, and safe. She made sure everyone had something to drink or eat. She was patient and kind to family and strangers alike. In Thailand, Patricia was second child of eight siblings and sent to study in a Thai Palace where she played several sports including badminton. She then became the principal at a private elementary school. Patricia left Thailand to come to the United States of America to take care of her daughters and grandchildren. She was a very strong and independent woman who overcame many obstacles to create a loving home for her family. Although, Patricia never worked in America, she volunteered for a short time at an elementary school, helping the teachers take care of the students. Patricia enjoyed cooking, gardening, spending time with family and friends. She will be missed dearly. Funeral services are still being planned. Details will be updated once finalized. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Wat Thai Washington, D.C. (details below).
