Michael’s Obituary Michael Henry Stacie was born in Aberdeen, Washington on May 28, 1962 to George and Carolyn Stacie. He passed away on June 21, 2020 in Olympia, Washington. Michael attended Hoquiam High School. He married Penny Tuck (Richmond) in 1981. He served in the US Army from 1980-1984. In 1984 he started working for Ocean Spray and worked there for the next 12 years. After that, he worked at Lake Quinalt Lodge and was a caregiver for his mother. Michael enjoyed woodworking, family, friends, rebuilding bicycles, and small engine repair. He leaves behind his son, Chris Stacie (Aberdeen, WA), daughter, Jolene Stacie (Aberdeen, WA), Son-in-law, Nathan Kohler (Aberdeen, WA), daughter-in-law, Mary Chapin (Aberdeen, WA), brother, Ralph (Jo) Stacie (Cosmopolis, WA), sisters; Georganne (Ron) Roberts (Alaska), Carol Prieb (Lake Quinalt, WA), Sherri (Stan) Gill (Hoquiam, WA). He also leaves granddaughters; Morgan Stacie(4 yr), Hailee Kahler (10 yr), grandson, Dakota Kohler (19 yr). He is preceded in death by his parents and nephew, David Priebe.
