Obituary Henry Byron Meyer Jr., age 58, passed away suddenly on June 1, 2020, in Marietta, OH. He was born in Columbus on Aug. 12, 1961, a son of the late Henry B. Sr. and Carolyn A. Meyer. Henry was a star fullback in 1977 and 1978 for the Grandview Bobcats football team coached by Larry Larson. He enjoyed fishing, metal detecting, and was active in the Wilson YMCA Men’s Camp. He was known for his kindness, tender heart, and hard work ethic. He was a believer in God The Father through The Lord Jesus Christ. Those left to cherish his memory are 2 sisters: Cynthia (Kevin) Coughlin, Julie (Mike) Heine, and 2 brothers Douglas and Carl Meyer. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and relatives. Cremation was observed with a Celebration of life to be held for family and friends on Sunday July 5th, 2020 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at 3191 Martin Road, Dublin, Ohio 43017 .
