Judy A. Ellsworth of Troy, Missouri June 11, 1944 – May 14, 2020 Mrs. Judy A. Ellsworth, 75, of Troy, MO, passed away on Thursday, May 14, 2020 at her residence. She was born on June 11, 1944 in Cherryville, MO to Norman and Mary (Setzer) Askins. She attended the local schools in St. Louis. While sitting on the front porch with her mother, a handsome young man drove by in a 1957 red Chevy convertible and waved to both mother and daughter. The next day, Dean Ellsworth drove by the same house and both mother and daughter waved back to him. The rest is history, the couple was united in marriage on Feb. 10, 1962 in St. Louis. They were blessed with two children: Rodney and Machelle. Judy was a stay-at-home mom and took excellent care of her growing family. About 20 years ago, the couple moved to Troy to enjoy country living. Surviving are her beloved husband, Dean Ellsworth; her two children: Rodney (Karen) Ellsworth, Machelle (David) Wooster; five grandchildren: Eden Wooster, Tristyn Wooster, Sutton Wooster, Crystal and Nki Calloway, Eric Ellsworth; two great-grandchildren: Noah Calloway and Nehemiah Calloway; other relatives and friends.
