Emma’s Obituary Mrs. Emma Esther Weidner Wagner age 94 of Lakeside Drive Blairsville formerly of Canal Winchester, OH., passed away peacefully at her home surrounded by her loving family on Saturday May 16, 2020 following an extended illness. Mrs. Wagner was born on Sept. 16, 1925 in Royalton, OH., the daughter of the late John W. Weidner and the late Elvira Smith Weidner. She had been a Registered Nurse for over forty years. She loved antiques, herbs, painting, baking, quilting and rug braiding. She was a loving and caring mother, grandmother, great and great-great grandmother. She was preceded in death by her husband, Phillip Eugene Wagner in 2009. Mrs. Wagner was of the Protestant faith. Surviving Mrs. Wagner are two daughters and one son in law, Susan Spangler of Canal Winchester, OH., Jean and Dave McLuckie of Blairsville, one son and daughter in law, John and Patty Wagner of Pickerington, OH., eight grandchildren, Matthew, Mark, Michael and Amy Spangler, Robert Jeffers, Angela Wallace, Jamie and Sean McLuckie, eleven great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild, many other relatives and friends also survive. Graveside services will be held later in the week in the Lithopolis Cemetery in Lithopolis, OH. where she will rest next to her beloved husband Phillip. Rev. Andy Amos will officiate the service.
