Kenneth’s Obituary Kenneth Lynn Reeves, Sr., 77, of Moss Bluff, LA, died at 6:04 PM on Monday, March 23, 2020. Mr. Reeves was born October 7, 1942 in Eunice, LA and has lived the past thirty years in Moss Bluff. He served his country in the U.S. Navy. Mr. Reeves retired as an operator from CITGO Petroleum and was a member of Victory Baptist Church. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and coin collecting. Mr. Reeves is survived by his wife of fifty-seven years, Elanor Sue Reeves; daughters, Christine Reeves and Debbie Hood and husband Daren; son, Kenneth Reeves, Jr. and wife Michelle; son-in-law, Doug Poole; and a host of grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Santee and Cecelia Reeves; daughter, Suzanne Poole; sisters, Evelyn Shamwell and Carolyn Jenkins; and brother, Gerald Reeves. His cremation was entrusted to Johnson Funeral Home of Moss Bluff. A private memorial gathering will be held at a later date.
