He was born November 10, 1963 in Walnut Ridge, Bill Phillips & Phyllis Ann Chesser Phillips. He was a carpenter and a member of the church of Christ. He was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by wife, Ruth Phillips of Black Rock; sons, Josh (Kim) Phillips of Black Rock, Chris (Crysti) Phillips of Walnut Ridge; brother Todd Phillips of Hoxie; sister, Tammi (Byron) Simmons of Walnut Ridge; and grandchildren, Cortney Phillips, Cynthia Phillips, Mia Phillips, Zayden Phillips, and Abby Phillips. Visitation is Tuesday February 11, 2020 from 6:00PM-8:00PM at House-Gregg Funeral Home in Walnut Ridge. Funeral services begin at 10:00AM on Wednesday February 12, 2020 at House-Gregg Funeral Home in Walnut Ridge with Robert Davis officiating.
