Obituary Penny Joyce Bullock, age 64, of Las Vegas, NV passed away on February 18, 2020 at her home. She was born on March 11, 1955 in Waterviliet, New York to Russel and Hazel Manley. She married James Bullock on July 8, 1993 in Myrtle Beach, SC. They moved to Las Vegas in 1999 from Salisbury, NC. Penny was very artistic and was a wonderful floral designer. She was very creative, and filled not only her own home, but many others with joy. She enjoyed traveling with her husband to explore beaches and see family and friends. Her dogs Rocky and Angel were the last of many who she fostered or rescued over the years. Penny is survived by her husband James Bullock of Las Vegas, NV; daughter Tonja (Richard) Mendivel of Henderson, NV; sister Judy (Roger) Volk of Camp Springs, MD; brother Ray (Valerie) Manley and numerous nieces and nephews. Celebration of life will be held on March 3, 2020 at 10:00 at the Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery 1900 Veterans Memorial Drive, Boulder City, NV 89005.
