Obituary Ella P. Hill, 93 years old, died peacefully February 24, 2020 in Las Vegas, NV under hospice care for Advanced Stage Dementia and Alzheimer. She is survived by: two sons Daniel Hearn (Boulder City, NV) and David Hearn (Bainbridge Island, WA); three grandchildren Jennifer Matzka (Silverton, OR), Paul Hearn (Gütersloh, GE), and Jonathan Hearn (Rutherford, NJ); and two great grandchildren Arianne Matzka (Silverton, OR) and William Matzka (Silverton, OR). Ella Hill was an avid hiker, backpacker and world traveler. She enjoyed the history of the Northwest, the travels of Lewis & Clark and the trails and mountains of Clatsop County, Oregon. Ella’s remains will be cremated by Boulder City Family Mortuary. There are no memorial services planned and her ashes dealt with as she directed.
