He was preceded in death by his parents Oscar and Evelyn Keck; and brother Donald Keck. He is survived by his wife Pamela Keck; children Philip Keck, Jr., Ricky Hopper, Stephanie Hopper, Billy Rexford, Jonathan Rexford; grandchildren Faith Keck, Kayla Keck, and Danielle Harrell; great grandchildren Sam, Ansley, and Kailynn; and siblings Eddie Knox, Sharon Byrd, Darlene Keck, and Carol Ann Schaeffer. Visitation will take place at Anderson & Garrett Funeral Home on Thursday, January 23rd from 4 P.M. until 8 P.M. and again on Friday, January 24th from 12 P.M. until the hour of Service at 2 P.M. Interment follows at Joelton Hills Memory Gardens.
