Obituary Virginia Ann (Robinson) Martin, passed away peacefully on Monday Jan. 13, 2020 at Albany Medical Center after a short battle with cancer. She was born on April. 26, 1953 in Glens Falls, the daughter of the late James Robinson and Anna Hamilin Robinson. She Married her husband, Stephen Martin in 1993. Virginia loved being outside, and spending time with her friends and family whom she loved unconditionally. She found great joy in her grandchildren and spending her days with her husband. She was a kind and compassionate woman who would worry about others and put their needs before hers. She is survived by her husband Stephen Martin; son, Stephen and his wife Marlayna; grandchildren, Melody and Sheldon; brothers, Pat, Joseph, Mike, Tim, Tracy; sisters, Hellen, and Linda, and their spouses; brother-in-law, Gary and his wife Winnie; sister-in-law, Susan, along with several nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews and friends who will miss her dearly. Virginia is predeceased by her brothers, Alfred and James Robinson; sisters, Patricia and Tisha; brother-in-law, Randy; sister-in-law, Cindy; mother-in-law, Emily Martin and her father-in-law, Frederick Martin. A funeral service will be held at 3:00 pm on Friday, January 17, 2020 at Compassionate Funeral Care, 402 Maple Ave., Saratoga Springs, NY. Family and friends may call from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm prior to the service at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations in honor of Virginia can be made to the American Cancer Society.
