Troy Jermaine Simmons, 40, went home to be with his Lord. Troy was born in a Norfolk to Barbara Simmons and the late James Seagraves. He worked as an executive cook at Uno Pizzeria and Grill. Left to cherish his memory is his loving mother, Barbara Simmons of Southern Pines, NC; brother, Brandon Simmons of Portsmouth; sister, Diane Cherry of Virginia Beach; and a host of nieces, nephews, and other family and friends. Services will be held at a later date.
