Theresa’s Obituary Theresa James Simien, 72, of Beaumont, Texas passed away on Monday, January 20, 2020 at Christus St. Elizabeth Hospital in Beaumont, Texas. Celebration Mass services for Mrs. Simien will be held on Saturday, February 1, 2020 at 1:00 a.m. at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, located at 780 Porter Street in Beaumont, Texas 77701. A visitation will be held on Saturday, February 1, 2020 from 8:00 a.m.until 10:00 a.m., with a rosary beginning at 9:15 a.m. Burial will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park and Cemetery, under the direction of Mercy Funeral Home. A public viewing will be held on Friday, January 31, 2020 at Mercy Funeral Home, 1395 Gladys St. Beaumont, Texas from 12:00 Noon until 5:00 p.m. Mrs. Simien’s memories will forever remain in the hearts of her, husband, Manual Simien, son, Bartholomew Simien (Shatanya); five grandchildren Christian Edwards, Kaitlen Edwards, Kimberly Edwards, Crystal Alexander, and Jaylon Simien; two great-great grandchildren; Imani Edwards and Omar Godfreyi; five brothers and two sisters; Albert James, Jr (Annie), Wilbert James ( Vivian), Gilbert James (Karen) Wilford James (Shirley), Herbert James, Sr (Gail), Mary Lee (Jimmy) , Alice Edwards (Felton, Sr.); and a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, great- great nieces, and great-great nephews.
