Obituary Tammi Jo Hillman, 51 , of Tampa, Florida, passed away January 6, 2020. She was preceded in death by her mother, Barbara Rapp; one nephew; two great nephews; and her mother-in-law and father-in-law. She is survived by her husband, Robert L. Hillman and her son, Andrew Rapp, both of Tampa, Florida; her father Joseph (Nancy) Rapp; Hellen Alan (Paula) Callahan; Diana (Gary) Hillman Vanskike of Monmouth, Illinois; William Hillman III of Peoria, Illinois; Timothy (Rosemary) Hillman of Avon, Illinois; Many cousins and several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. The family has requested that in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to help with final expenses associated with her untimely and sudden death.
