Obituary Stella Sholtis, 90, of Steubenville died Tuesday, January 21, 2020 at Trinity West Hospital. She was born January 25, 1929 in Steubenville. She is the daughter of the late Stanley and Genevieve Olton Jaminski. Also preceding her in death is her husband Michael Sholtis. Stella was retired from Ohio Valley Saving and Loan where she was Assistant Treasurer for over 30 years. She was also proud of her catholic and polish heritage. Stella was a member of the former St. Stanislaus Catholic Church and current member of St. Peter’s Catholic Church. Surviving are her son John Sholtis of Steubenville and brother Edward (Alice) Jaminski of Dearborn, MI. A funeral liturgy with Mass will be celebrated Friday at 10 am at St. Peter’s Catholic Church. Burial will follow in Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to Steubenville Catholic Central High School, 320 West View, Steubenville, OH 43952.
