MADISON-Sandra “Sandi” Shalkham, age 70, passed away on Sunday, Jan. 26, 2020, at Waunakee Manor. She was born on Aug. 30, 1949, the daughter of Donald E. and Ruth V (Rickrode) Hansen, in Erie, Pa. Sandi was a resident of Madison for the past 30 years, moving with her family from South Bend, Ind. On June 13, 1970, Sandi married John Shalkham in Erie, Pa.
