Ryan was brought into the world with love on February 21st, 1990 at 9:05am, at Memorial Hospital. Ryan was a native of Jacksonville and graduated from Fletcher High School. Ryan was a talented, kind and caring soul, who always helped others. He loved experimenting with gadgets, camping trips, travel, arts and crafts, sewing, making retro clothes and wallets. During his teenage years, at Kona Skate Board Park, he was an accomplished skateboarder. In 2003 Ryan won the Championship for his age division at Kona. Ryan will be remembered as a witty storyteller, extremely funny, very intelligent, and like his father, a great debater. His heart was full of love for his family and friends. Ryan is the cherished son of David and Linda Shilby, the endeared brother of Melissa Morrison, the treasured uncle of Christopher and Ireland, the loved nephew of Uncles Michael and John Shilby, and his beloved cat Sundance will miss their house play and cuddling. Those who cared for him and loved him will forever miss him. A memorial service will be held at 1:00 PM on Saturday, January 25, 2020 at The Event Center at Peeples, 14165 N. Main Street, Building C.
