Ruth is survived by her husband, Bobby McElvaney, of the home in Lebanon, Missouri; her daughter, Cindy Ogle Payne, and her husband, Brian, of Lebanon, Missouri; five grandchildren, Ashley, Josh, Levi, Lindsay, and Andrew; nine great-grandchildren, Britney, Evan, Keeley, Bayli, Kadence, Will, Karsyin, Addison, and Mason; two sisters, Linda Harrill, of Lebanon, Missouri, and Gloria Lackey, of the State of North Carolina; three brothers, Bill Harrill, and his wife, Vera, of Lebanon, Missouri, Stanley Harrill, and his wife, Debbie, of Lebanon, Missouri, and Howard Harrill, and his wife Mary Lou, of Lebanon, Missouri; as well as a number of other relatives and friends.
