Rosalie M. (LoCastro) Rosica, 87 of Batavia, passed away peacefully on January 1, 2020 after a brief illness. She was born in Dunkirk on September 22, 1932 to the late Anthony (Mary Conti) LoCastro. She is preceded in death by her beloved husband of 59 years, Thomas R.
