Sympathies message

  1. I am so sorry to hear of the death of Ronnie. I knew him when I was a little boy in Beaufort, SC. My father managed a basket factory and Ronnie’s father worked there. We use to have such fun. Imagine, a bunch of boys with the entire old naval base to play in. We had everything from indoor basketball courts to baseball fields. Ronnie was more the age of my brothers Gene, and Don who are gone now as well. My sharpest memory of Ronnie is when we were all walking to school every day and how much fun he was. I still remember him blowing his bugle and clowning around.
