Born in Laramie, Wyoming on March 4, 1924, he was a WWII Navy pilot, a retired electrician for Union Pacific Railroad, retired electrician for a construction company, and member of IBEW. He is survived by his wife, Laura Foster of Ocean View; son, Richard (Mary) Foster of Laramie, WY; 7 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren. Services will be held at a later date.
