Robert’s Obituary Robert James “Bobby” Bayer, age 51, of Marenisco, Michigan, formerly of Shawano, passed away at his home on Wednesday, January 15, 2020. Robert was born on November 21, 1968, in Shawano to M. Suzie (Jung) Bayer and the late James Bayer. He was born and raised in Shawano and was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church. It is with a deep pain in our hearts we sadly announce the passing of Bobby Bayer, the most beloved son of his surviving mother, Mary Suzanne “Suzie” (Jerry) Jung-Schaefelke. This pain also extends to many of Bobby’s loved ones: his beloved children, Kayla and William; his siblings, Cindy Monroe, Rick (Deb) Bayer, Linda (Jeff) Engel, Nancy (Greg) DeGrave, Greg (Mary) Habeck, Beth (Michael) Habeck, and Dave (Laura) Habeck; nieces, nephews, other extended family, and many friends who all loved him dearly. Greeting Bobby in the Heavens where the Lord has prepared a place for him is his father, James Bayer; his step-father, Leon Habeck; and his maternal and paternal grandparents. Bobby had a gift for making everyone feel special, he focused on our good qualities, not our shortfalls, for this and many other reasons Bobby will be forever missed. Until we meet again. A memorial service will be held at 5:00 pm, on Saturday, January 25, 2020, at Swedberg Funeral Home in Shawano with Deacon James Lonick officiating. Visitation will be on Saturday at the funeral home from 2:00 pm until the time of service.
