Obituary Robert A. “ Coach Bob” Platt, Jr., 63, of Steubenville passed away peacefully on Friday, January 17, 2020. Visitation will be held at Wintersville United Methodist Church on Friday January 24, 2020 from 10 am until time of services at 12 pm with Rev. Dr. Clint Quillen officiating. Private burial. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Wintersville United Methodist Church Campaign for Hope, 702 Main Street, Wintersville, Ohio 43953.
