Phyllis’ Obituary Phyllis Dickey, 61, of Greybull, Wyoming passed away Wednesday, January 1, 2020 in Billings, MT surrounded by her loving family. Phyllis was born in Kentucky on May 31, 1958 to Herbert Colwell and Isma (Couch) Colwell. Phyllis grew up surrounded by her loving family and her 11 siblings. She recounted often family gatherings playing the guitar and singing. The family also attended many church functions and weekly attended their church. Shortly after her graduation from High School she moved to mid-west Wyoming and has been here ever since. In November 1976 Phyllis welcomed her first child Michael Paul Colwell, in July 1979 the family welcomed Tiffany Jean Colwell and in Nov 1980 James Lewis Colwell completed their family. Phyllis is preceded in death by her husband, Tad Dickey; her parents and four siblings. Phyllis is survived by her children Michael Colwell, Tiffany Colwell and James Colwell. 11 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by 7 of her siblings. A Memorial Service will be held 3 p.m., Saturday, Jan. 11, 2020 at the Atwood Family Chapel in Greybull. Read More
