She is survived by her beloved mother, Janie Fulce Johnson of Mt. Peasant, TX; son and daughter-in-law, Rance & Rachel Craig of Rockwall, TX; son and daughter-in-law, Justin & Brittany Craig of Wylie, TX; son, Tanner Milam of Mt. Pleasant, TX. grandchildren, Leah Winnifond & Clara Craig; brothers, Johnny, Jackie & Danny Fulce; sister, Greta Fulce. Penny was preceded in death by loving father, Perry Fulce. A visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 28, 2020 from 6:00-8:00 PM at Bates-Cooper-Sloan Funeral Home. A Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, January 29, 2020 at the Funeral Home with burial to follow at Liberty Hill.
