Obituary Ninfa Adornetto Beloved Wife, Mother, Grandmother and Great-Grandmother, 90 Mrs. Ninfa (nee Drago) Adornetto, 90, of Nutley, NJ, passed away on Friday, January 3, 2020 at St. Barnabas Medical Center, Livingston. Visitation will be at the Biondi Funeral Home of Nutley, 540 Franklin Avenue on Monday, January 6 from 3:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. The funeral will be conducted on Tuesday, January 7 at 9:15 a.m. There will be a Funeral Mass celebrated at Holy Family Church, Nutley at 10:30 a.m. The entombment will be at Hollywood Memorial Park Chapel Mausoleum, Union. Mrs. Adornetto was born in Capaci, Sicily, Italy and emigrated to the Vailsburg Section of Newark in 1960. She has resided in Nutley since 1979. She was a loving caregiver of children; former owner of Ninfa’s Restaurant in Passaic and also a chef at Santini’s Restaurant in Nutley and later the Gondola restaurant in Nutley. She is survived by her beloved husband of 59 years Charles Adornetto; her devoted daughters Joyce Frazza-Hadwen and her husband Bill, Pauline DeGrazio and her husband John, Lucy Bernardo and her husband Gary, Dina Scirica; her loving granddaughters Melanie and her husband Ketch, April and her husband Tom, Johnny and his Fiancée Jess, Brandon and his Fiancée Frances, Dionna, Rachel, Jerry, Julia and Jake; her cherished great-granddaughter Rosalia, she is also survived by her many loving nieces and nephews in America and Italy. Mrs. Adornetto is predeceased by her granddaughter Noelle and also her two sisters and one brother.
