Milton’s Obituary Milton L. Sharp, 86, passed away Friday, January 3, 2020 at St. Luke’s Hospital. He was born May 2, 1933 at Wathena, Kansas. Milton is the son of Lawrence and Fern Sharp. Milton was preceded in death by both parents, sister, Shirley Smith, son, Milton Sharp, Jr. and grandson, Andrew Sharp. He is survived by daughter, Sheila Sharp, Karen Robinett, Julie Morreira and sister, Nileeta Sharp, numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, grandchildren and faithful friends, Dave and Rose Graham. Milton entered the Army in 1952. He served in Signal Corp in the Korean War. He worked as a cook for 30 years, did construction work and farming as well. Visitation will be held Friday, January 10, 2020 from noon to 1 P.M. at Davis Funeral Chapel in Leavenworth, Kansas with a graveside service at the Leavenworth National Cemetery on Friday, January 10, 2020 at 1:30 P.M. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be given to Blinded Veterans Association. Arrangements entrusted to Davis Funeral Chapel.
