Mary’s Obituary Mary Charles Griffitts, age 85, of Maryville passed away Monday January 6, 2020 at Asbury Place. She retired from Levis Strauss Co. She is preceded in death by parents: Charles William “ Charlie” and Tennie Jane Griffitts, Maryville, TN; sisters: Johnie (Hal) Lunsford, Jane (Phil) Young; brother: George “ Bud” (Mable) Griffitts; nephew: Charles “Charlie” Henry Lunsford. Survivors include nephews: William (Mindy) Lunsford and Wesley Lunsford; great-nephew: Oliver Lunsford; great-niece: Lydia Lunsford and special niece and friend Nancy (Mike) Sentell. Family and friends may call at their convenience Thursday January 9, 2020 from 12:00 PM until 4:00 PM. Graveside and interment service will be 1:00 PM Friday January 10, 2020 at Centenary Baptist Church Cemetery Rev. Bruce Farrant officiating.
