Jon Kent Roetzel 57, of Russell passed away January 20, 2020. He was born to the late Theron and Ruby Boatman Roetzel on June 14, 1962. Jon was the Arkansas National Science Foundation Scholar, served on the Board of Directors at the White County Aging Program. He received his Bachelors and Master Degree from the University of Arkansas and his PHD from the University of Kansas. He is survived by his wife Helen Moore Roetzel, along with a host of other family and friends. A visitation will be Saturday January 25, 2020 at Russell Methodist Church at 10:00 AM with a memorial service to follow at 11:00 AM.
