Obituary John R. Faulkner, age 69, of Roanoke, passed away Jan. 24, 2020 at his home following an extended illness. John was born March 1, 1950 in Marion, IN the son of Leona B. (Maher) and Donald E. Faulkner. John served in the U.S. Air Force and was an Executive Flight Attendant for United Technologies and then was a final tester at Water Furnace for 25 years and retiring from there. John is survived by his wife Linda A. Garvey in Roanoke, a son Benjamin J. (Barbara) Faulkner of Columbia City, IN 4 grandchildren Anthony Earl Faulkner of Columbia City, Tristan Graft, Peyton Maul and Gabrielle Maul, two sisters Donna Jean Rust of Marion, IN and Cheryl Ann (Mark) Wall of Monroeville, IN. Memorial services for John R. Faulkner will be announced at a later date. Memorials for John may be made to American Legion Post #160 of Roanoke the American Heart Association or the Jefferson Center Township Volunteer Fire Department c/o Roanoke Memorial Chapel of Deal-Rice Funeral Homes 240 Crestwood Drive, Roanoke, IN 46783.
