John Alford Huff, 68, of Canton, Kansas, passed away at 11:30 a.m., Friday, January 17th, 2020 while holding his wife’s hand as he went to the Lord at Hutchinson Regional Medical Center, Hutchinson, Kansas. John was born in Denver, Colorado on April 22, 1951, a son of Rudy A. and Florence E. (Morris) Huff. He was a member of First United Methodist Church in McPherson. He served in the U.S. Navy in the Vietnam War. Through the years John worked as a welder, truck driver and Countryside Feed in Hillsboro, Kansas until he retired. John was a member of Lyon Club John enjoyed hunting, fishing, dancing, loved his mother-in-law’s cooking and spending time with his grandchildren and family. John Huff was united in marriage to Jolene Bausch on July 15, 2005 in McPherson, Kansas. He is survived by his wife Jolene Huff, of Canton, Kansas; his children, Bob Huff and his wife Amy, of Galva, Kansas; his step-son Brandon Cook, of Canton, Kansas. He is also survived by his 7 grandchildren. John was preceded in death by his parents and his son Brian Huff.
