Born to his parents, Primo Miguel and Natalia Delgado, whom preceded him in death. He is survived by his loving wife of 24 years of marriage, Martha Lidia Delgado; sons, Jose German Delgado and Javier Edgardo Delgado; daughter, Lydia Ivette Sanchez; and 4 grandchildren.
