Jacqueline Sue Blake, Age 55 of Columbus passed away January 28th 2020. She is preceded in death by her parents Linda & Willard Sargent. Jackie is survived by her husband Kevin Lee Blake Sr. Five children, Kevin (Stacey), Steven (Jennifer), Justin (Billie), James (Nicole), and Aaron. Eleven Grandchildren, Makyah, Makadynce, Lincoln, Leanna, Shyanna, Steven Jr., Kyanna, Makayla, Makenzie, Justin Jr., and Joseph. Sisters, Vivian Sargent, Angela (Mike) Bush, Catherine (Ray Eing) Sargent, and brother Willard (Shannon) Sargent. Many nieces, nephews, family, and friends. Jackie will be remembered for her funny personality, beautiful smile, and being the life of the party. She will be missed dearly by everybody who knew her. Funeral Services will be held at 12pm on Monday, February 3, 2020 at O.R Woodyard CO, 1346 S. High Street, Columbus, Ohio 43207 where friends and family may call from 10am to 12pm prior to the service. Burial will follow at Green Lawn Cemetery.
