Alton– Isabel Hernandez, 86, passed away surrounded by her family on Friday, January 10, 2020. She was born on May 3, 1933 in Michoacán, Mexico. Isabel is preceded in death by her husband: Santos Hernandez and her son Ruben Hernandez. She is survived by her loving, children: Gloria Hernandez, Sergio Hernandez (Estela), Salvador Hernandez, Maria Hilda Hernandez, Elvia Hernandez, Jose Santos Hernandez (Paula), Hugo A. Hernandez (Leticia), and Ana Gonzalez, also left 18 grandchildren and numerous great- grandchildren. Visitation will be at the Virgil Wilson Mortuary on Monday, January 13, 2020 from 2:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with a rosary at 7:00 p.m. Funeral service will be at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 14, 2020 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church Center in Mission. Burial will follow at Lord and I Cemetery Palmview, Texas.
