Obituary Clearville, PA – Harlan Loy Bean, 67, of Clearville, PA, passed away Friday, January 31, 2020, at Devlin Manor. Born November 9, 1952, Mr. Bean was the son of Julia Estaleen (Loy) Bean, Cumberland, MD, and the late Harold Neese Bean. Harlan retired from Columbia Gas with 31 years of service and employed with Knobley Mountain Hauling.
