Gwendolyn’s Obituary Gwendolyn Ann Anthony, a long-time resident of Wills Point, Texas, passed away Saturday, January 18, 2020, at Mabank Nursing Home. Gwendolyn was born on March 21, 1952, in Wills Point, to Anna and Jimmie Wilbourn. She graduated from Kemp High School in Kemp, Texas, in 1970. She pursued her education in becoming an LVN and then working at Crestwood Nursing Home in Wills Point, where she retired in 2016. She enjoyed her grandchildren, traveling, and spending time in her garden. To cherish her memory, she leaves behind her mother, Anna Lois Granberry Wilbourn; son, Jerry Anthony Sr. of Mabank; daughters, Jana Anthony of Caddo, OK, Jill Brown of Wills Point, Summer & Kyle Lund of Lavon, TX; brothers, Jason and Darla Wilbourn of Wills Point, Kevin and Keenah Wilbourn of Hallsville, Chris Wilbourn of Wills Point, and Joey Wilbourn of Brownwood, TX; grandchildren, Kegan Brown, Seth Brown, Jerry Anthony, Jr., Starla Huff, Erin Reeder, and Zackery Huff; one great-grandchild, Miylo Ray Anthony; former husband and best friend, Robert Anthony; many loving cousins, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her father, Jimmie Wilbourn, and sister-in-law, Nanda Wilbourn. A Memorial Service will be held at First Christian Church in Wills Point, Texas, on January 25, 2020, at 2:00pm under the direction of Allan Fuller Funeral Home in Wills Point, Texas. Read More
