Geraldine Woodson of Gates, NC departed this life on Tuesday, January 14, 2020 at her residence. A native of Nansemond Co., VA she was born on Feb. 21, 1944 to the late Shelton Warren and Bertie Dillard Warren. She was a homemaker. She leaves to cherish her memories: (4) daughters, Brenda Butler of Roduco, NC, Ethelene Johnson, Agnes Woodson (Anthony Jones) and Mary Woodson-Riddick (Leary) all of Gates, NC; (3) sons, Clifton, Woodson of Gates, NC, Ronald Woodson of Suffolk, VA, and Joseph Woodson of Winton, NC; (4) sisters, Bertha Gatling, Gladys Lowther, Carolyn Warren all of Suffolk, VA and Lee Ella Warren of Franklin, VA; (1) brother, Thomas Lee Warren of Suffolk, VA; (11) grandchildren; (15) great grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
