Obituary George C. Spratt, 90, of Fulton died on January 5, 2020 at home after a long illness, surrounded by his family. He was born in Los Angeles on March 14, 1929 to Jean (Allen) Spratt and George Spratt, and spend most of his growing up years in St. Paul, Minnesota. He was joined in marriage to Mary L. Sommers of Dundas, Mn. on August 3, 1957. George served in the Navy near the end of World War II, before graduating from Macalaster College and Bexley Hall Theological Seminary.
