Frank Barbieri January 27, 2020 Share this obituary Send Flowers Sign Guestbook| Send Sympathy Card Frank Barbieri, 83 years old, of Bella Vista, Arkansas passed away at his home, Monday, January 27th. Originally born in Yonkers, New York, he graduated from Delhi College and went on to receive his BA from A&T University in Greensboro NC. Frank retired from a civil service career in the Department of Defense as an F-15 flight simulator analyst, something he really enjoyed and excelled at; prior to that he proudly served in the US Air Force. He also was an avid hunting and fishing enthusiast, and continued to, well into his later years. He also volunteered helping in many capacities for the local community. Frank was preceded in death by his wife Annette Barbieri, November 2014. They both enjoyed traveling this country and around the world. He’s survived by his son and daughter along with his two grandsons, sister Elizabeth and three nieces. Frank spent the last 13 years socializing with friends at the American Legion and the United Lutheran Church where he formed many valuable relationships and great friends. His funeral services will begin with a viewing at 1pm and services at 2pm, Friday the 31st at the United Lutheran Church, 100 Copper Rd in Bella Vista. He will always be remembered most for his sweet spirit, his outgoing personality and of course his western hat. Arrangements are by Bella Vista Funeral Home and Crematory.
