Obituary Elizabeth Ann “Fuddy” Allen, age 90, of Atlanta, Texas, formerly of Dallas, went to be with the Lord Sunday, January 12, 2020 in a Texarkana, Texas hospital. Elizabeth was born April 27, 1929, in Texarkana, Texas, to Hoyt and Jewel Ingram Allen. She was retired from the Internal Revenue Service; and a member of Gaston Avenue Baptist Church, Dallas. She was an avid Dallas Cowboys fan; and enjoyed gambling traveling from Vegas to Shreveport she especially enjoyed shooting craps.
