FOLEY, Dorothy M., 93, of Wheeling, W.Va., died Saturday, January 18, 2020 in Good Shepherd Nursing Home. She was born September 28, 1926, in Powhatan Point, Ohio, a daughter of the late Freda Pugh Beck. She was retired from Stone & Thomas Department Store and attended St. Michael Catholic Church in Wheeling. In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by her sister, Carolyn Little. She is survived by her two sons, P. Jeffrey Foley and Steven Foley both of Fla.; one granddaughter, Ashley Hart of N.Y.; one grandson, Ryan Foley of Colorado Springs, Co.; and four great grandchildren, Karly, Chloe, Rocky, and Woody. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, January 23, 2020 at 11 am at the Mount Calvary Cemetery Bishop’s Chapel, Wheeling, with Rev. Martin Smay officiating. Interment will follow in Mount Calvary Cemetery.
