Obituary LaVale – Dorothy “Dort” Williams Metzger, 97, of LaVale, died at Frostburg Village Nursing Home on Friday, January 10, 2020. Born on October 11, 1922, in Cumberland, Mrs. Metzger was the daughter of the late Webster L. and Dessie Mae (Cherry) Williams. She was also preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, J.
