Obituary Donna Jean Rittgers, 71, of Waterloo, died Monday, January 27, 2020, at the Cedar Valley Hospice Home of heart failure. Donna was born August 31, 1948, at Allen Memorial Hospital in Waterloo, daughter of Donald and Catherine (Dwyer) Rittgers. Donna is preceded in death by her parents. Donna graduated from Columbus High School and continued her education at Drake University in Journalism. She worked at Chamberlain’s Manufacturing and John Deere.
