David Owen Summer, 55, of Holden, MO passed away Tuesday, December 31, 2019. David was born on April 26, 1964 in Elko, NV the son of Kenneth U.B. Summer Sr and Barbara Valdez. David moved to Holden, Missouri from St. James, Missouri in 1991. David was very passionate about riding motorcycles. He was of the Catholic Faith. He is survived by his wife Lisa Summer of the home; two sons, Joseph Summer and wife Katey of Holden, MO, Matthew Long and wife Kelci of Holden, MO; four daughters, Jessica Harrell of Holden, MO, Trisha Summer of Kansas City, MO, Mylissa Schindler and husband Chris of Peculiar, MO, Justinne Woods and husband Dalton of Holden, MO; his stepdad Joseph Hudson of St. James, MO; three brothers, Byron Summer and wife Cathy of Raymore, MO, Kenneth Summer Jr of Harrisonville, MO, Donald Summer and wife Pam of Wisconsin; eight sisters, Cody Barton and husband Nick of Kansas City, MO, Elaine Gray of Utah, Virginia Boak and husband Milton of Idaho, Janice Scott and husband Niegel of Boise, ID, Susie Hardin and husband Daniel of Holden, MO, Ginny Summer of Lake of the Ozarks, Carol Stone and husband Hugh of Chandler, AZ, Sharon Morud and husband Jeff of Mesa, AZ; eleven grandchildren.
