Mrs. Cynthia Ann “Cyn” Branson, 70, passed away Friday, January 24, 2020 at Vidant Medical Center, surrounded by love. A Celebration of Life will be held in East Tennessee at a later date. Cyn was born and raised in Roane County, TN, daughter of the late Robert William “RW” Branson and Joyce Terry Branson, graduating from Roane County High School.
