Clarence’s Obituary McDOWELL, Pastor Clarence William “Bill”, age 68, of Tellico Plains, passed away 2:02 P.M. Saturday, January 4, 2020 at Sweetwater Hospital. Bill was the Pastor of Sweetwater House of Prayer and is preceded in death by parents William and Edna Marie McDowell.
