Carol’s Obituary Carol Ann Reichle, age 72, passed away peacefully on Friday, January 24, 2020, at New Haven Memory Care in Schertz, TX. She was born October 23, 1947, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She married Gary Reichle on May 3, 1969, in Pittsburgh. The two spent a lifetime making a home “where the Air Force sent them” and finally spending the past 22 years in Universal City, Texas. She is survived by her husband, Gary; her sister Janet Spohn; her children Jennifer Smith (Chris), Beth Reichle and Matthew Reichle (Jil); her six grandchildren Tripp Johnson, Garrett Reichle, Piper Johnson, Aislinn Reichle, Dylan Smith and Willa Johnson. Her legacy is one of love of family, friendship to those she met in her many years and many “hometowns”, and a dedication to knowledge and reading. A remembrance for friends and family will be announced at a later time to be held in Pittsburgh, PA in the coming months.
